ClearHire provides digital job advertising services only.
Payments
Payment is required before job posts are activated. Credits are added immediately after successful payment.
Refunds
- No refunds once a job post has been activated or published
- No partial refunds for partially used packages
- Unused credits remain available in your account for future use
Account Cancellation
Users may cancel their account at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Any unused credits will remain available if you reactivate your account
- Active job posts will remain visible until their expiry date
- Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
Important: By purchasing job credits on ClearHire, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final once a job post has been activated.
Note: Unused credits do not expire and will remain in your account for future job posts.
